Remove unsuppored toolbox versions from the documentation

      Toolbox should be installed with the productised version to be supported. 

      The documentation also has a chapter explaining that there are other unsupported versions, in SaaS and On-premises. This should be removed from the documentation since they're unsupported. Customers should refer directly to the GH repository.
