Using the 3scale Operator 0.7.0 (3scale 2.10) I can restore backups successfully using the APIManagerRestore CR, however with 3scale Operator v0.8.2 (3scale 2.11) it appears that the Operator is not reacting to the creation of a new APIManagerRestore CR (nothing is logged at all in the Operator pod when the resource is generated).

Attaching anyway what was collected in a test environment from the operator's pod and my APIManagerRestore and APIManagerBackup resources.
