Does the backup and Restore procedure works to migrate the 3Scale API Manager to other data center?

Hi,

I need to migrate my current 3Scale instance to Red Hat Openshift in AWS (ROSA). But I want to keep the same 3Scale version.

I'm in doubt about which procedure should I follow. I was thinking about using the "backup and restore procedure, but the documentation doesn't mention if it covers multi-tenant installations. Should I follow the migration documentation instead?
