In the Admin Portal UI, Hits  metric is shown to the nearest tenths e.g. 1.0 or 2.0 in the following pages

      1. Navigate to Dashboard > Product > Analytics page
      2. Navigate to Traffic, Daily Averages, Hourly Averages, Top Applications where Hits to the tenths decimal place are shown in the Drop down menu or in the Bar graph.

The value of Hits metrics is always a positive integer in each of the following case.

      1. 3scale Analytics API returns positive integers for Hits
      2. 3scale Service Management API authrep call usage can only be reported in positive integer (e.g. 1, 50).
      3. In the Admin Portal UI pages referenced above, the metrics value is fetched using 3scale API and the values can be seen to be integer (from browser tool).

Based on the above,  there seems to be no way to end up with a fractional Hit at this time.  It is the Admin Dashboard UI that is showing the tenths decimal even though the actual value is an integer.

This RFE is to show the Hits Metrics as an integer.
