User properties are not updated

      Use the 3scale API endpoint User Update: 

      curl -v  -X PUT "https://<admin-portal>/admin/api/accounts/{account_id}/users/{user_id}.xml" -d 'access_token=<access-token>&first_name={name}'

      1. Go to Accounts > Settings > Fields Definitions
      2. Add under User:
           - predefined first_name
           - predefined last_name
           - custom field i.e. category

      3. Click Create
      4. Go to the Developer portal and create a new account or create it from the Admin portal. 
      5. From the Admin portal, go to the new Account > User > <user name> > Edit
      6. Edit the First Name and Save. 
      7. The pop up shows "User was successfully updated", however the field is not changed.

      From 3scale 2.10 it is not possible to update the fields added under User from the admin portal UI, however it is possible to update the Username and Email.  In 3scale 2.9 the added fields can be updated successfully from the admin portal UI.
