Configure outgoing email address in CRD Tenant settings

Today it is only possible to configure an outgoing email address through the Admin Portal. This makes it very difficult to customize these email addresses in multi-tenant environments.
Would it be possible to add this information to the 3scale Operator Tenant Custom Resources creation parameters? (https://github.com/3scale/3scale-operator/blob/3scale-2.11-stable/doc/tenant-reference.md)

This would make it easier to maintain an automated multi-tenant 3scale system through configuration files.
