Issued To Organization Name is missing on invoice

      When generating an invoice the Issued To Organization Name is sometimes blank. See attached screenshot. This is also blank in the generated PDF. This only occurs for some accounts and it's unclear what the difference is between ones that are blank and ones that are not.
