CPU utilization from prometheus federation is not graphed in grafana

      deploy 3scale on Openshift 4.9 with 

      monitoring > enabled: True 

      Define all necessary objects like Prometheus, Grafana, GrafanaDataSource and Prometheus Federation job.

      In grafana dashboards:

      $NAMESPACE / 3scale / Kubernetes / Compute Resources / Namespace (Pods)

      and

      $NAMESPACE / 3scale / Kubernetes / Compute Resources / Pod

      CPU graphs have no datapoints.

      3scale with enabled monitoring deployed in openshift 4.9 is not showing graphs of cpu usage/requests/limits in dashboards "3scale / Kubernetes / Compute Resources / *" and other dashboards for example "3scale / Backend"

      Federation with openshift monitoring contains node_namespace_pod_container:container_cpu_usage_seconds_total:sum_irate instead of node_namespace_pod_container:container_cpu_usage_seconds_total:sum_rate
