      Current behaviour

      3scale integration with Prometheus guide is not the easiest to follow and in fact doesn't provide the most supportable option from both a 3scale & OpenShift point of view.

      Expected behaviour

      3scale integration with Prometheus guide should instruct the user to integrate 3scale with the Prometheus instance in the User workload monitoring namespace. In particular the new procedure to document should be the integration with Grafana v5, which is already documented in this KCS solution: How to configure OpenShift Monitoring/Grafana v5 to monitor 3scale.
