Current behaviour

3scale integration with Prometheus guide is not the easiest to follow and in fact doesn't provide the most supportable option from both a 3scale & OpenShift point of view.

Expected behaviour

3scale integration with Prometheus guide should instruct the user to integrate 3scale with the Prometheus instance in the User workload monitoring namespace as is already documented here
