Customer has a custom "Field Definition" for "User"; it is called: "Contact Name".

However when they use the Edit User form (View account -> Users -> Edit User), and add a new value to it, the updated value isn't saved.
Only the User Name and Email fields are saved. The value entered for the custom field they have defined ("Contact Name") isn't saved.
