Identify and fix test cases that randomly fail

There are some usual suspects (tests) that keep messing with our CI, blocking PRs even though a second (or third, or fourth, or..) run will make the build pass.

Whenever one of these tests is discovered, create an Issue and add it to this Epic so that it can be coped with.
