Errors were frequently generated when calling the following endpoints:

• Proxy Read

  GET /admin/api/services/{service_id}/proxy.json
  

• Proxy Update

  PATCH /admin/api/services/{service_id}/proxy.json
  

We were able to check that the issue was affecting just the mt15 SaaS production server.

System team confirmed that this is a Ruby memory issue.

After restarting the unicorn process in mt15 the issue is fixed.
