Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create external SSO integration for the developer portal
2. Signup to developer portal via external SSO - form button is disabled

Signup form in the developer portal have disabled the Sign up button when user is authenticated via external SSO provider(Auth0, Github, RHSSO).
