No Error message with invalid tenant name

      1. Go to create a new tenant page (/p/admin/accounts/new) in master portal
      2. Try to create tenant with Organization/Group Name containing special characters e.g.  .-_@+

      When creating a new tenant in master (not admin) portal with Organization/Group Name containing special characters, tenant won't be created and there is no error message. There should be an error message that the tenant couldn't be created and it should include the reason why.
