      AWS does not advise to send emails using SMTP protocol (slopezma@redhat.com rgarciaa1 can you confirm) from their instances. This is due to reputation scoring and spamming.

       

      This task needs definition to make it work for:

      • SaaS (Changing from local postfix to Sendgrid API)
      • RHOAM (they have apparently a solution, amackenz@redhat.com)
      • On-prem (Using SMTP)
