Productize 3scale-2.11 templates

We should productize templates for 3scale 2.11. 

As important remarks about it:

• image URLs should be productized URLs (including database ones and oc cli ones)
• zync, and backend have been changed from rhel7 to rhel8 based images so the urls referenced in all the templates should reflect that. A doublecheck can be performed by looking at how they are specified for the operator metadata productized repository
• the product-specific patches should be applied to the productized templates
• AMP_RELEASE value should be updated in the productized templates
