    Description

      As for Zync https://issues.redhat.com/browse/THREESCALE-7205

      We would like to consider that Postgresql 12 is also supported for System components.

      The reason is different, we do not need it in SaaS but we would like to ship a coherent product.

       

      Dev notes

       

      • support it in the CI tests
      • modify all Dockerfiles (upstream and downstream)
      • operator should use Postgresql 12 on default installation
      • Create a documentation upgrade instructions if needed
      • Need 2.12 product listing 
      • Needs deprecation of Postgresql 10 in 2.11
      • Needs QE matrix inclusion
