      Current Behaviour

      Backend & System components as well as Zync are logged in Kibana (old and new clusters). Sidekiq is one of the few components that is not, it might actually be the only which is not (that Support needs).

      Expected Behaviour

      • All 3scale components have logging accessible to the Support team.
      • Index logs per Tenant (will make search queries much simpler)

      We can gather the current documentation we have for querying our SaaS logs in the old Kibana and make a list of the most common queries and most frequent scenarios that require one complex or multiple chained Kibana search queries to see if a Dashboard could be created per query or logging improved to reduce complexity OR any knowledge shared on how to build queries with our own logging stack.
