Nginx Filter policy UI - unchecked boolean field is not False by default

When setting up the Nginx Filter policy in the UI, and adding a header to filter leaving the "Append header to upstream" checkbox unchecked, the error headers[0].append is a required property is shown. After checking and unchecking the box does the error disappear.
This behavior seems to be caused by a missing default value in the json schema.
