Stop using and building components nightly images and use 'latest' in master

Each 3scale component is now responsible of building upstream images stored in quay for their corresponding master branches tagged as 'latest'. Each time there's a push in the corresponding upstream component's master branch that tag is recreated.

We should stop building the nightly images from the operator side and start using those 'latest' tags.
