    Description

      While removing the apicast v1 from the system codebase, we found out that nginx controller (`/admin/api/nginx/spec.json`) is still being used in the apicast codebase.

      The controller is disabled on the on-premises, and it's only accessible in the Saas environment.

      This issue is meant to track the communication if it's safe to remove the controller.
