Description
Currently, an APIcast image with 'master' tag is being pushed in the public https://quay.io/repository/3scale/apicast repository.
Other 3scale components are using 'latest' as the tag too.
It would be helpful to also have 'latest' tag for APIcast to have a consistent reference to tags in the operator master branch / testing.
The 'latest' tag would basically be always pointing to the 'master' tag
