Status code overwrite policy - missing title in the json schema

In the json schema for the status code policy, there is no "title" field for the configuration - definitions - codes - properties - upstream. The "upstream" is therefore displayed in the UI, where "Upstream" would be probably better, as all other lines are capitalized.
