      All samples of CR maintained in `config/samples` are included in the CSV.

      But the OCP dashboard only uses the first one when trying to deploy one CR using the UI.

      `config/samples` will hold only one sample per CRD and the remaining CR samples will be included in `doc/samples` and keep CR validation tests for all samples.
