[OpenID] OpenID connect for the gateway is not working.

      Create an OpenId connect service and some application for it.
      Zync will not sync the application with RHSSO clients.

      Create an OpenId connect service and some application for it. Zync will not sync the application with RHSSO clients.

      Issue should be somewhere in the system. Zync cannot sync the created applications in the 3Scale with the RHSSO.

      Zync received a forbidden response.
