The step in the Stripe documentation:
2 . Click Get your test API keys.

is not accurate. The API keys are under Developers > API Keys.
You can refer to Stripe documentation..

In this other Stripe document, section Obtaining our API keys, it refers to Dashboard but when clicking the link it gets redirected to Developers > API keys section when you are logged in to Stripe.

I think it would be useful to make it clearer in our documentation.
