3scale needs `ORACLE_SYSTEM_PASSWORD` only during the installation and upgrading process.
It can be a concern to have it in plain in the `system-app`'s DeploymentConfig while 3scale operates.
It could be useful adding a further step to the installation process to remove `ORACLE_SYSTEM_PASSWORD`from `system-app`'s dc.
