Add limits in amp.yml template

resources.requests are defined in amp.yml template for "system-storage", "mysql-storage", "system-redis-storage" and "backend-redis-storage". When deploying AMP in Openshift some customers have issues defining the quota.

Request:

• set limit ranges for the project. Would be useful to define these parameters as a starting point for some common use cases and will help troubleshoot when pods crash.
