[DDF] I think we need to specify that *Last* refers to the fact that *if* it is matched then APIcast will stop processing

I think we need to specify that Last refers to the fact that if it is matched then APIcast will stop processing mapping rules because the default behaviour is for APIcast to process all mapping rules to search for all matches. The current description leads the user to believe that any mapping rules below in the list should never be processed.
