User Story

As an API Provider, when I want to set an Application plan as default, I want to be able to easily find it.

Requirements

Everything that is explained in the mockups, plus:

• When 'Application plan' select is clicked, display all Application plans for the Product in the dropdown menu (sort them alphabetically)
• Default text when no Application plan is selected: "No plan selected" 
• Add one item at the top of the list called "(Select none)", clicking on that item will deselect whatever Application plan is currently selected
