[3scale][2.11][HI-prio] Improve list of Methods and Metrics in Product context Phase 1

      User Story

      As an API Provider, when I am working with Methods and Metrics, I want to be able to see all of them formatted in two different paginated and filterable tables, so that I don't have to scroll down the page a lot when I have many of them.

      This is phase 1 of the implentation, maintaining the old table's style and behaviour (no sorting, for example). Part 2 is defined in THREESCALE-8267.

      Requirements

      Everything that is explained in the mockups, plus:

      • Minimal implementation (Marvel)
        • the tables have the current style
      • Ideal implementation (Marvel)
        • the tables have PF4 style

      Resources

      • Path: Product > Integration > Methods and Metrics

      Acceptance Criteria

      • All requirements have been implemented
