The webhook in the Stripe integration returns 404

      1. Configure a webhook in Stripe Dashboard > Developers > Webhooks and populate the Webhook Signing Secret in 3scale according to the steps provided in this KCS
      2. From the Webhook dashboard in stripe, click Send test webhook, it will return 404. See screenshots (send-webhook-test.png and 404-error-webhook-test.png)

      This is an issue when customers use Stripe for other applications than 3scale.
      When another application "MyApp" charges using Stripe the webhook is fired, then 3scale doesn't recognise it and returns 404. After several attempts Stripe disables the webhook that will cause a charging failure in 3scale. The customer will need to enable again the webhook.

      When testing the webhook in the Stripe dashboard configured as described in this KCS, the test returns 404.

      The request is to return 2XX to acknowledge receipt of the event.
