There is a lack of troubleshooting new APIcast deployments in OpenShift whether it is connected to an On-premises installation or a SaaS platform. Typically the complexity/confusion is felt most when deploying separate APIcasts in projects outside the main AMP project or even in separate clusters.

Could be an addition to the [current guide](https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_3scale/2.1/html-single/infrastructure/#seven_troubleshooting) or a new guide specific for APIcast on OpenShift.

Some basic troubleshooting steps have already been outlined in the KCS which would be the basis for this new addition to our documentation.
