      The request is to add audit logs to track the changes related to adding/deleting/modifying mapping rules while integrating an API.

      Currently it is only possible to track the following audit logs from a Service/Product: 

      Service Settings

Description
Deployment Option
Authentication mode
Developers can manage applications
Developers can manage Keys
Require referrer filtering
Enable custom keys
Allow developers to regenerate access keys (for App Id auth mode)
Require at least 1 application key (for App Id auth mode)
Default application plan
Default service plan
Default end user plan
Developers can select a plan when creating a new application
Application Plan Changing policy (Request plan change, Change plan directly etc.)
Support email
Manual End User registration (when End User plans enabled)
