      Steps to reproduce:

      • Setup User webhooks
      • Create new account via UI/API (upon creation of account user is created as well)
      • In requestbin we can see that 'updated' webhook was trigered insted of 'created'

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Setup User webhooks without "update"
      • Create new account via UI/API (upon creation of account user is created as well)
      • In requestbin we can't see any trigger
