When the spam protection is enabled, no error message is pops up on the signup page of the Developer Portal when clicking the "Sign Up" button when the reCAPTCHA box is NOT checked. The current behavior is just refreshing the page cleaning up the password fields.

Design Notes

• When the reCaptcha box is NOT checked in the "Sign up" form, it will pop up the error message for the reminder user to check the reCaptcha.
