    Description

      Convert existing buttons and links as outlined in
      https://docs.google.com/document/d/1C-8z5nBAgZgh0mSiyJgg6jXwFwuUlNy2AU96GXBz_64/edit to PF4 compatible components and dry template code up as much as possible in the process

      While doing this, also implement tracking hooks as described in
      https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wT76SwtVpKIyGy6_Y5JYoo684AXDPQLB-X3xpZRn47o/edit#heading=h.vjw692gfo85j
