This is a request to add a functionality for 3scale to customize the invoices using the Field Definitions.

Some fields from *Fields Definitions* will be added to the invoices because these fields are of special types like *address, fiscal code, vat code, PO number* but not all pre existing fields definitions available in the drop down list when you create a new FD will be added to the invoice.

Today the billing invoices do not allow customization and the customer is requesting a way to create their own fields in Field Definition and set then to be rendered in these invoices.
