export and import of API Product

IHAC which is directly affected by German security requirements (https://www.kritis.bund.de/SubSites/Kritis/EN/Home/home_node.html) which translates into completely separate Staging and Production environments.

This prevents them from being able to use the Copy Product functionality from toolbox but instead it requires them to create an intermediate file which can be exported from the origin and then imported in the destination environment.
