    Description

On 3scale 2.9.1, the original master user can be deleted. As a result, access tokens required for the system will be deleted. It should not be possible to remove the default master user or make it clear what are the consequences of doing so and what steps should be followed to ensure that tokens can be regenerated for the services which depend on the original tokens.
