Setting COMPATIBLE parameter on Oracle DB seems unnecessary and it would be better to remove it if we don't have a requirement to configure the DB with this setting.
Command in the documentation is:
ALTER SYSTEM SET compatible='12.2.0.1' SCOPE=SPFILE;
Why are we doing this and especially why on Oracle DB 19? If it's needed then surely we should update the version set as the value.
