There are no alerts after reached limit 10 requests per minute.

      After I created service with hit limit on application plan and reached 10 of 10 requests,
      with alerts on for 50% to 100% percents. I get Authentication failed as expected, but I'm not getting any alert in Analytics.

      I have been testing this with production gateway and with staging gateway and still no allerts.
