Invited admin user (Provider) needs unique email address

      Current behaviour

      THREESCALE-152 added functionality to remove uniqueness on email address field but it still checks for uniqueness on invitees.

      Expected behaviour

      I can invite a user even if they have an existing account with the same email address.
