      What

      In RH-OAM we performed a set of load tests and we noticed that the the CPU requests were much higher than our actual usage. ~9 cores of requests for 3scale vs ~2-3 cores actual usage during load tests. Would be good to review the defaults and see if it makes sense to reduce some in places.
