      When upgrading `CustomResourceDefinition` to CRD v1 (https://issues.redhat.com/browse/THREESCALE-5859) that API version is not available in OCP 3.x clusters.

      We need to migrate our CI environment to use OCP 4.x to be able to execute operator e2e tests with the new CRD v1 version
