TLS Termination Policy screen displays wrong form given selected options

      • Add "TLS Termination" policy to a service and click on the "+" button to add the certificates.
      • "Embedded certificate" is selected by default, it should have be displayed the "Browser.." buttons for both, "PEM formatted certificate private key" and "PEM formatted certificate" so that the user can upload their certificates from their machine.
      • Select "Certificate from filesystem", it should have be displayed input text fields for both "path to the certificate" and "path to certificate private key"

      According to the documentation provided by Eloy on TLS Termination Policy feature, 3scale is displaying wrong form on TLS Termination Policy screen given the options selected for the certificate location.

      3scale should either display input text fields for "Certificate from local filesystem" or "Browser..." buttons for "Embedded certificate".
