Tokens - access master access token and ability to create/access tenants access tokens

It would be great be able to access master admin access token - we need this token to test multi tenancy in our test suite.
(Create master admin token and export it through the ENV variable for example)

Next thing are access tokens for the tenants -> It would be great that we can create or read this tokens from the master realm. (duplicate)
