We need to define the alerts and config the monitoring dashboard on the (Yabeda) Rails metrics exported by Porta at http://localhost:{prometheus-port}/yabeda-metrics, especially the following ones:

• rails_request_duration_seconds
• rails_view_runtime_seconds
• rails_db_runtime_seconds

Alerts should be based on thresholds, TBD inspired by our experience with the 3scale Saas offering.

Nowadays we use New Relic to monitor some process in Saas. Endpoints often reporting low Apdex score are, for example, Admin::Api::SignupsController#create and Provider::Admin::DashboardsController#show.
