Update the term "embedded" APIcast in SaaS documentation

      In the chapters: 

      • 4.5.2. Adding custom policies to the embedded APIcast
      • 4.5.3. Adding custom policies to APIcast on another OpenShift Container Platform
        > 1. Add policies to embedded APIcast

      it is used the term embedded for APIcast self-managed. This term is confusing since it is used when APIcast is deployed within the 3scale On-premise deployment option. The request would be to update this term to self-managed instead as on SaaS the only option for custom policies is to use the self-managed APIcast.
