Backend, System, Zync, APIcast secrets need to be different from production

Secrets shared between Backend, System, Zync, APIcast need to be different from production

• APIcast cloud hosted is using a System provider key, so we should create this provider key to vault. (this is the mapping service)
• APIcast dedicated uses a System access token, so we should create this token to vault and in the DB
• Same for Backend shared key
• Same for Zync Authentication Token
